We offer our clients a full body range-of-motion assessment prior to training in order to evaluate muscle function. We examine your physical structure, identify your strengths and weaknesses, and discuss any current or past health challenges.

After identifying any muscle dysfunctions and determining your goals, we can then create a fitness plan that draws upon a variety of methods, including:
